Awesome watch, but really let down by the leather band. I sent some pics to Elliot Brown along with my proof of purchase (it’s a year old), but they said the stitching on the strap coming undone (which makes the watch fall off my wrist) is just normal wear and tear. Not sure I buy that, but I still dig the watch and guess I’ll have to grab a new strap...

I snagged a second-hand Holton Automatic at a great price, already having a Holton Professional, which is hands down the toughest and most dependable watch I've ever had for my daily grind in emergency services. Unfortunately, it wasn't keeping accurate time, so I sent it off for repairs.

The crew made some adjustments at no charge and also took care of the worn-out strap, again at no cost.

I can't say enough good things about their top-notch customer service and the quality of their watches, which I can wear every day for any job, even in the water. These are watches I’d be proud to pass down to my kids.

I’m excited for my next buy from them; my wife is getting tired of me raving about their Tyneham and how much I need it before the upcoming regimental dinner!

I just received my Elliott Brown Bloxworth with a white face, blue bezel, and a NATO blue strap, and let me tell ya... WOW, I’m totally in love with it!!! The attention to detail is incredible; it’s a truly gorgeous watch. I can't recommend it highly enough. Full 5 stars!

I've only had my Canford EWMRS for a few days, and honestly, it’s the prettiest and most functional timepiece I've ever had. The whole process from ordering to getting it delivered was lightning fast (just 2 days). The watch arrived well-packaged and safe. I'm thinking about selling my Omega Seamaster since I find the Elliott Brown way more practical and comfy to wear.

I own a Tyneham, Bloxworth, and Broadstone, while my partner sports a Kimmeridge. Together, we’ve got a bunch of extra straps that are super simple to swap out, giving each watch a fresh vibe. The customer service has consistently been top-notch, with a nice personal touch. I can't recommend them enough!

I've owned two Holton Professionals so far - first a quartz model, and now I’m still using my Automatic. Plus, I’ve got a quartz Kimmeridge RNLI special edition too. The way they handle emails is just awesome, always quick to reply, even when I’m hitting them with my geeky questions or ideas, or inquiring about spare parts, which I doubt I’ll ever need unless my left wrist gets flattened by a Centurion tank, or my right wrist for that matter, since I always have an EB as a backup when I’m out on the hill. The design is top-notch, the service is stellar, and the gear is just great.

Edit: I missed my quartz Holton so much that I went ahead and got another one to fill the gap, so now I’ve got both quartz and mechanical versions.

Edit 2: Umm... now I’m up to 8 EB watches...

Amazing Support from Elliot Brown!

My son has been sporting his Bloxworth for nearly 5 years now. He wears it every day, plays sports with it, dives in it, and goes on all sorts of adventures.

In that time, we’ve only faced a couple of hiccups. The first was when the timekeeping went a bit off. I reached out to Elliot Brown, and they told me to send it in for a check-up. It came back super quick - turns out it just needed a battery, which they replaced at no cost.

More recently, the bracelet strap came undone because one of the screws had come loose. Once again, EB asked me to send it back for inspection. It was back in my hands within a week, with new screws and a replacement clasp, which had some wear and tear. No charge for either repair or the clasp.

This is a quality British brand that truly cares about its customers. It’s a whole different experience compared to my chats with Breitling about my watch - so much so that I now prefer independent service for my Breitling, while I stick with Elliot Brown for their watches.

It’s not just the brand name; it’s the service that really matters.

I’d totally grab an Elliot Brown watch for myself, but my son’s name is Elliot Brown (too bad he doesn’t run a watch company), and wearing a watch with his name on it feels a bit off!

Just got my awesome watch and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the quality, how comfy it is, and the overall appearance.

I had been looking forward to purchasing the Holton Professional RO6 Black Dial watch for a while, so I was excited when I got an email saying it was available again.

Elliot Brown makes a big deal about their ties to the military and claims to offer a discount for current and former service members as a thank you.

After sending two emails and waiting over four weeks, they’ve completely ignored my inquiries about the discount.

This feels like a slap in the face to all of us who have served.

Funny how you suddenly respond when I call out your misleading claims on Trustpilot. Regarding your comment about not having a contact number, I’m not one to just hand out my mobile to strangers. Ever heard of replying to an email? It’s a pretty handy service, you should give it a shot!

Elliot Brown has changed their response to my review and updated their original message. You guys have my email, I even replied directly to your request for more info from Trustpilot. It’s on you to reach out to me, not the other way around. Stop trying to blame your emails not getting through; everyone knows that’s just an excuse.

I really don’t want to keep airing my grievances publicly, but since you won’t respond to emails, and the only way to get a reply is to complain on Trustpilot, I’m left with no choice.

I’m done, folks. For the third time, YOU HAVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS. It’s not that I’m not receiving them; you just haven’t replied. How many times do I need to say this? I’ve checked and rechecked the emails sent to you and through Trustpilot, and they’re all correct. If you can’t send a simple email back, it doesn’t reflect well on your company.

Canford came through with an incredible timepiece. It's clean, straightforward, tough, and everyone loves it. If you’re into the idea that less is more, you won’t be disappointed with EB and their watches. The design is fantastic, and it’s way more functional compared to other watches that cost ten times as much.

I purchased a Canford a few years back and now I have a Professional. Awesome watches and top-notch service, I'm really pleased with both and would suggest EB to anyone looking for a dependable, high-performance watch.

I got myself a blue Boxworth from a store just before Christmas, and I really dig the weight of it. It's got a nice look. Now, I've also picked up a Holton professional as a second watch. These two have become my favorites in my collection, and I’m thinking about grabbing one or two more.

I picked up a Bloxworth right before Christmas, and let me tell ya, it’s a fantastic timepiece. I was in the mood for a different SS bracelet strap, so I reached out to Gemma and Serena. They were super helpful and gave me some solid advice. The new strap showed up today, and I’ve got it all set up on the watch now. I’ve got a pretty decent collection of watches, but this one really stands out. Big thanks to EB and the whole crew!

I own the Limited Edition Automatic Tyneham from Elliot Brown. In my opinion, it's a solid 5-star timepiece! It's tough, stylish, and feels great on the wrist.

Back in early 2018, I was on the hunt for a new watch. That's when I stumbled upon Elliot Brown. I had to do a bit of digging into this brand and their collection of watches. The Tyneham series really caught my eye since I wanted an automatic. The thought of a sturdy and stylish watch got me pretty excited. While searching for where to purchase one, I found out the company was just a short 15-minute drive from my place in Poole, Dorset. I gave them a ring, and Alex was kind enough to invite me over. I had the pleasure of meeting Ian Elliot and Alex Brown, the top dogs. They were super friendly and genuinely passionate about their products. After a nice chat over coffee and a look at their range, I left feeling proud with my first automatic watch. Fast forward two years, I noticed it wasn’t keeping time as it should (I wore it daily and it had seen some seawater). So, I called Alex, and just like that, after an inspection and a few tweaks, I had a fantastic timekeeping watch again. Believe it or not, thanks to Alex's enthusiasm and warm personality, I ended up walking out with two more watches: a Canford and a Kimmeridge. Both are excellent timepieces. So, big thanks to Alex, Ian, and the lovely ladies in the office (Serena and Gemma) for their pride, warmth, and top-notch customer service. This is definitely the place to get your watches!
